These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nation's Dawn (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Nation's Dawn
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. What Nation's Dawn is
Nation's Dawn is a communication platform that connects missionaries with the churches and individuals who support them — for sharing updates, prayer requests, newsletters, and messages. It is not a payment or donation processor. Any giving happens on a missionary's own external giving page, and we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, those transactions.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your password and recovery code secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service and show it to the audiences you choose. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it. You can delete your content or your account at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content;
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse other users' information;
- Attempt to identify, locate, or expose a missionary who has chosen to remain anonymous, or share a missionary's identity or location outside the platform without their consent;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Missionary safety
Some missionaries serve where exposure could put them or others at risk. Treat missionary identities, locations, and restricted content as sensitive, and do not redistribute them beyond the audience a missionary has chosen. We may remove content or suspend accounts that endanger missionary safety.
7. Churches and administrators
Church administrators are responsible for managing their members, roles, and published content, and for using the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Giving and third-party links
The Service may link to a missionary's external giving page or other third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites, their content, or any transactions you make on them.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect users or the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nation's Dawn and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
